The Hale Pet Door Replacement Flaps work for all model Hale Pet Doors.
Please note: The interior and exterior flaps are designed slightly different, so please choose accordingly to which one you need to replace.
If you have a single flap model, then please choose the "Exterior" option for your size.
All Hale Pet Door Replacement Flap kits include the following:

If you are unsure of what flap size you have because your current one is damaged or warped, you can measure the pet door frame itself. The sizing chart below shows the Outside Frame Dimensions that should help you distinguish which size you need.

- Hale Pet Doors ship via FedEx Ground from Canon City, Colorado. Please reference the map below to calculate shipping times.
- Hale Door Mounts and Wall Mounts generally take 1-5 business days to manufacturer before shipping out.
- Custom options on door and wall models can take 7-10 business days to manufacture.
- All glass models, such as panels or windows, ship in 3-4 weeks due to manufacturing process.
