3. What is my tracking number?

  • Your tracking number is emailed to you once the order is shipped out. Have trouble finding it? Feel free to contact us and we can find it for you.

4. How do I edit the order I placed or cancel my order?

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be edited or cancelled on your end. Please contact us for any changes or cancellations you want to make.

5. Do you ship to P.O boxes?

  • For smaller items we can. Most pet doors and grooming supplies cannot go to P.O boxes.

6.What is the general shipping time?

7. Is there sales tax?

  • There is sales tax only in the state of California, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Florida. No sales tax elsewhere!

8. Do you provide financing?

  • Yes, we provide financing through Affirm and Paypal Credit for consumer financing, and QuickSpark Financial for commercial financing. Select one or the other in checkout for more details on how they work.

9. What is the warranty for my product?
