3. What is my tracking number?

  • Your tracking number is emailed to you once the order is shipped out. Have trouble finding it? Feel free to contact us and we can find it for you.


4. How do I edit the order I placed or cancel my order?

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be edited or cancelled on your end. Please contact us for any changes or cancellations you want to make.


5. Do you ship to P.O boxes?

  • For smaller items we can. Most pet doors and grooming supplies cannot go to P.O boxes.

7. Is there sales tax?

  • There is sales tax only in the state of California. No sales tax elsewhere!

8. Do you provide financing?

  • Yes, we provide financing through Affirm and Paypal Credit. Select one or the other in checkout for more details on how they work.

9. What is the warranty for my product?
