Does Pet's Choice Supply price match?
- Your tracking number is emailed to you once the order is shipped out. Have trouble finding it? Feel free to contact us and we can find it for you.
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be edited or cancelled on your end. Please contact us for any changes or cancellations you want to make.
- For smaller items we can. Most pet doors and grooming supplies cannot go to P.O boxes.
- Please review our shipping information page for more info on shipping times.
Yes, if sales tax is required is will be shown in your shopping cart at checkout.
- Yes, we provide financing through Paypal Credit for consumer financing, and QuickSpark Financial for commercial financing. Select one or the other in checkout for more details on how they work.
- Warranties vastly differ depending on which product you are interested in. The warranty information will be listed in the product details section of the product you're looking for. Can't find it? Feel free to email us at contact@petschoicesupply.com and we can provide that information for you!
Order Protection FAQs
OrderProtection.comcovers your order for every majorissue that can occur during shipping. Your order will be protected against loss, damage, theft, wrong items, defective items and missing items. If something goes wrong during shipping, you canquicklyfile a claimin a few clicks. You'll receive a refund or reshipment if your claim is approved. To protect your order, make sure Order Protection is toggled on in your cart.
In your cart, there is a toggle to turn Order Protection on or off. Turn on Order
Protection to purchase protection for your order! If you have protection turned on, you will see it appear as a line item during checkout.
Please note that you’ll only be able to file a claim if you purchased Order Protection when placing your order.
Please review our policies before submitting a claim, some claims may be invalid:
If your claim is for one of the following reasons:
- Stolen.
- Delivered Not Received.
- Damaged Item.
- Lost in Transit.
- Wrong Item (it only applies if we delivered something different than what you ordered).
Order Protection can cost between$0.98 -$75 dependingon the value of your
order.

I didn’t add Order Protection to my order, but I need to make a claim.

You can submit a claim 30 45 days from the date you placed your order depending on the claim type.
